From Wikigogy

For marking pages that violate our neutral tone policy.

Neutral tone policy is intended to keep Wikigogy informative and friendly. So we may end up with a ifvio template instead of a npvio. Time will tell. Wikipedia and Wikitravel have neutral point of view (NPOV) policies. I am not sure that is as appropriate for Wikigogy. Time will tell.
