Margin

I gave it a 0.5em bottom margin (1em might be a good easy to remember standard bottom margin but we haven't got a standard yet and 0.5em is working okay) to separate it from the table of contents (TOC). For example see About page where {{newuser}} box is just above the first page header and thus just above the TOC. --Roger 20:14, 1 January 2007 (PST)
