Progressive spelling/Captain's rules and goals

Read and understand these instructions
(Your team is counting on you. If you don't understand everything clearly, ask questions until you do.)
- 1. Tell your players
- to go to the spelling rule stations, one player for each station;
- to study the information at their stations for five minutes;
- that this is a memory game (no pencils or papers at the research stations);
- that they may ask questions of the teacher and/or talk to each other;
- and that when the teacher calls "time," they must return to your team table to help complete the worksheet.
- After the teacher calls "time," your team will have 10 minutes to complete the worksheet. (Players may go back to their research stations if they forget part of their rule.)
- This is a race.
- The first team to complete the worksheet accurately will win a prize.
- The game will continue until there are first place, second place and third place winners.
